Outside Legal Counsel

Frank Koranda serves as chair of private equity mergers and acquisitions at Polsinelli and operates as outside general counsel with regard to the day-to-day management of DermTech LLC’s legal affairs. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, divestiture, investment, financing and counseling of companies in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, technology, and consumer products. Frank received his BS from Miami University of Ohio and his JD from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Law. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, serves the Missouri Bar Association as Vice Chair, Mergers and Acquisitions, and is a member of the American Cancer Society’s Chairman’s Circle.
