The DermTech Melanoma Test (Pigmented Lesion Assay) Validation Study Established Its High Sensitivity and NPV metrics.
The prospective study simultaneously collected samples via non-invasive skin collection (Smart Stickers) and surgical biopsy. DMT results (LINC/PRAME expression) were compared to histopatghologic diagnosis by three expert dermatopathologists (11% discordance rate).
